Update to Amazon Business Supplier Programme Terms and conditions
On July 31, 2025, we'll update the Amazon Business Supplier Program Terms and Conditions to outline new requirements for sellers who use Invoice by Amazon and ship Fulfilled by Merchant orders.
- You must have a valid VAT number for your ship-from location.
- You must comply with the UK Internal Market Scheme (known as "green lane") if you ship Amazon Business orders from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.
These changes will be reflected in our Amazon Business Supplier Program Terms and Conditions on July 31.
