Can you please help!
Suddenly on 15th Feb, we lost featured offer on all our listings. Our health rating has no issues and our products do not have any concerns. Our sales is now under 90% of what we usually do.
Below are some of our ASIN's but there seems to be a blanket deactivation of our featured offer across all our listings on both brands we sell under, pluX and GreenMingle. We are the only seller listed to sell both brands.

The only thing I did different was on 14th February I downloaded all our Amazon listing and also listed the inventory on our website and tiktok with prices synced to Amazon listing prices, is this what caused the problem possibly?
