My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team here on forums.
Looking at your trademark, I see that you have a 0 - UNKNOWN MARK DRAWING TYPE. This Trademark type is not accepted and Brand Registry needs to either have trademark types 1-6 as mentioned on this help page under Trademark type.
