One email saying Amazon Payment account not opened another saying account reactivated. Confused
I have a private LTD company that I opened an Amazon Account for a month back. The account opened up but was immediately deactivated.
I was sent an email from account-confirmation-eu@amazon.co.uk saying that they needed a utility bill and my bank statement, both of which were provided.
Then I get an email from no-reply@amazon.co.uk that they want to run an identity verification which was also completed after a video call during which I provided the ID documents needed.
I then get two emails one saying that my Amazon Payments Account cannot be opened and hence I cannot sell. Subsequently got another email on the same day 10 minutes later saying that my account has been reactivated. (Both emails attached below)
Can somebody please please help explain what is going on , my account health status is being shown as Normal, when i go to my identity check it shows as being deactivated.

I have contacted the partner team and you should have received a communication stating that your information is verified and the account is activated.
Can you please check the performance notifications in your Seller Central account and confirm?
