Amazon have once again changed my dispatch date to <1 working day
Hi,
just a quick question as i have looked but cannot find where to adjust my dispatch date. Amazon have changed it to less than 1 day so orders coming in yesterday have now been marked as late and orders that have come in today are npow meant to be dispatched today. Normally i will always try to dispatch on the same day but occasionally the post is not ready in time or something else crops up. Why do amazon keep changing the dispatch time as i had reset this the other month for exactly this reason now i have a your account is at risk of deactivation due to my late dispatch rate being high because they have interfered with my account.

Same here, they are a nightmare.
Loads of items marked late shipped now because they decide to change our dispatch times.

I had this too, complained as you know how good customer service are.... think it goes over a week or two. I have started using Amazon bulk shipping service as they are more lenient. However they should not be amending timescales without consent.
I had a email you're a great seller with fast delivery times blah blah blah then next day the issue your facing.

Hello The_Stitchery_Do_179,
Sorry if I'm being slow, but do you mean your Handling Time? (the time between receiving an order and dispatching it)...
If so, you need the Cog-Wheel Icon - Shipping Settings - General Shipping Settings and further down that page are Handling Times, with an EDIT button.
Hope that's what you need
Best

They did do an announcement via email about changing it as I had to put something in my calender to remind myself to turn it back off again

This whole delivery system really does need looking in to, i was using SSA for a while until one day all my orders we're telling me to dispatch the same day and deliver it by the next day!! i thought SSA was meant to see our delivery patterns and adjust accordingly, ive never been able to deliver next day on a standard service so why was amazon telling customers it would arrive the next day. This caused my orders to sky rocket and then customers leaving me bad feedback etc because it wasn't delivered the next day which caused more defects on my account & warnings etc, all very un-neccesary.

Same here! As an Amazon Handmade seller, this is trashing my dispatch rates.
Amazon has moved my dispatch times to less than 1 day - how can I change this back?

Had the same issue. You have to go into your shipping template and untick/deactivate the automatic SSA.
It has made the estimated time of my orders a little longer but at least it is not telling me to dispatch on the same day which was impossible and affecting my account.
I have 3 shipping templates and had to do each one individually.
