Will we lose the ability to contact 1–3 star reviewers once the 'Customer Reviews' tool is removed?

Will sellers lose the ability to contact customers who leave 1, 2, or 3-star reviews once the ‘Customer Reviews’ tool is removed?

This feature is essential. Often, customers leave low reviews due to:

  • Reviewing the wrong product (e.g. a different colour or model)
  • Easily resolvable issues (missing part, misunderstanding of usage)
  • Misclicks, or confusion about the product they actually received

Removing the ability to respond directly means sellers can't fix problems, offer replacements, or clarify misunderstandings. In my opinion, if a customer is allowed to leave negative feedback, sellers should have the right and tools to respond. That’s just common sense, and good customer service.

Please confirm whether the Voice of the Customer tool will offer a similar contact option or if this feature is being removed entirely?
