Seller support oppinions

Good day great friends.

After going through the many hoops and getting registered and activated, which I understand needs to be done and I welcome that kind of belt and braces.

I would be interested to hear others views on the seller support that you receive, was the support efficient, accurate and timed?

My first impressions is that reeplies are always from a pre written script and poorly explained.

The issues I have experienced are;

  1. Informing me to select a link on a page that is not there
  2. sending links that give a 404 error
  3. not answering the original question
  4. telling me to click on the "support link" at the top right of the page.. (I think I now understand they mean Help link)
  5. Telling me what I have already researched on the forum and university page

one of the most frustrating things to me is that they can send a link in the case page, only to open another page and then want me to log in when I am already logged in to the system. I know its security but FGS.

What are your views of the system, not the people that run it or reply as it's not their fault that they have the system to work with.

Posts of "Dont sell on Amazon" don't really explain much, but I can share their frustration at times.

Look forward to the replies, and you never know, one f the Amazon seller support team managers may read some of the replies.
