AMZX Proof of Delivery Docs

Hello,

For a recent LTL shipment to Amazon the carrier was AMZX. We are disputing missing inventory upon Amazon inbounding the shipment. Amazon continuously miscounts/loses our inventory upon shipment receipt. In this case with Amazon being the carrier we do not have access to POD docs. We took out a case (case ID 14311313721 ), and now after 8+ emails back and forth, the latest seller support rep is asking for the following:

For us to investigate, we require a valid proof of delivery which is stamped by amazon as per our policies.

To help us proceed with our investigation, please provide the Amazon-stamped bill of lading (BOL) for these items. The stamped BOL, also called proof of delivery (POD), shows the number of boxes in the shipment and the total weight when it was picked up by the carrier.

This document must have an Amazon stamp that confirms the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center. Your carrier should have a copy of this document.

i. Carrier Snapshot of ISA Placard

ii. ISA Placard

iii. Amazon Freight Only: Electronic POD (EPOD)

iv. Stamped BOL

v. Carrier website confirming POD

I believe we sellers do not have access to any of these documents, am I correct or is there somewhere that we can access these docs?

Thanks!
