Adding custom fonts

Hello , I try to add custom fonts ( thesee are .WOFF or .TTF files that are set to ‘Installable’) When I add a file I got a messeage - Error processing file, please remove and re-add the file. Enybody knows if I do somethig wrong? Thank you in advance
