How to Enable Reviews of my products in seller central and start getting Reviews?

Hi

I have my own Registered brand in Amazon Brand Registry. There are more than five products selling successfully under this brand. I am not sure how to start getting reviews for these individual products. How to enable this service so that the auto generated emails could be sent to every buyer for a request to review the product.

Kindly guide as unable to find any suitable reply.

Best Regards
Kiran

Hi Kiran

Amazon automatical request a review for you - so there’s nothing you need to do.

You can request reviews yourself - it’s a bit of a clunky process but most things are.

Go to your orders page - click on the order details id link and when you get taken to the order details page, in the top right you’ll see Request a Review.

You can’t use this feature to request a review outside the 5-30 day range after the order delivery date.

There is software on the market that can do this for you - but in the darkest cavities of my brain I seem to recall reading Amazon doesn’t take kindly to these (I could be wrong so don’t shoot me if I am) - so I’ve always played it safe and stuck to leaving the review requests through Amazon.

Reviews take time to get - so don’t think you’re doing anything wrong.

You can speed up the process by enrolling in the Vine program - but I won’t get into that now as I’m in a good mood.

Good luck

Don’t sweat it, reviews are not the be all and end all when it comes to Amazon. Concentrate on optimising your products to get them discovered and ensure you stick to the policies and build your brand gradually.
You may want to look at some sponsorship to get people to buy the products and eventually customers will review and once these have gathered momentum and you sell more this will increase the momentum and reviews will build naturally.
Don’t get involved in any third party software, you could get penalised and do not contact customers afterwards to get reviews, Amazon just like you to service the customer and that’s it. If Amazon want to assist in getting reviews then they will do it or you can look up the vine program but personally I haven’t bothered.

You mention you have never got a suitable reply but that is because such a system whereby you control the reviews does not exist. As far as I am aware that any product that has been purchased on Amazon, the customer has the opportunity to review it for themselves, this is not instigated by the seller. You don’t enable it.
