You are not approved to list this product and we are not accepting applications at this time

Hi All,

We had 2 ASINs which we have sold since 2014, switch to inactive. On trying to set it to active, I get the message:

You are not approved to list this product and we are not accepting applications at this time.

The products are in the sports category and not subject to any specific gating. They are on a variation listing with 3 ASINs, so 2 are off and one is still selling.

It’s quite pressing as the sales at this time of year are 300 units per day, so this being the 3rd week with no sales, I am getting rather desperate.

I’ve opened a number of cases with seller support, which are just looping around with out any sensible dialogue taking place. They keep telling us to either delete and re-list it or request approval. Neither of which make a difference.

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and open to any suggestions of alternative routes to resolving.

Thanks,

Josh

Has the issue been since Sunday last week?

If so quite a few people had the same problem, likely to be related to a mismatch on brand registry, GS1 brand and the brand as entered on the listing

Most people seem to have got it resolved through raising a case through brand registry.
