Very strange message has appeared on my Amazon "Help" Page

When I go to my "Help"dashboard on seller central, the message below appears in the right hand box.
I really don’t understand why it’s appeared. My guess would be that it’s been sent to me in error but can’t help being concerned. I don’t sell in the US (only in the UK) - and to add, one of the numbers is discontinued and the other is a US consumer helpline. Has anyone else received this or can cas any light? I have contacted Seller Support but the person I spoke to was unable to help.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have read that twice and don’t get it. Consumer account? Is that a buyer account?

They mention Customer Service, so must be related to a buying account (consumer account ?).
Doesn’t make any sense though ??!

I have the same message showing when click ‘help’ I noticed it a few weeks ago, it was just after going through re-verification so assumed it was just their system automatically picking up on this and trying to ‘help’ with a confirmation the account is active. It is also under the heading: Recommended for you so I chose to ignore it.
Have you recently gone through verification/re-verification?
