Account suspended Due to Forged and maniplated documents

My name is Ans. I was a new amazon seller, selling back in May, June, July, and August. Due to lack and less knowledge, I have used the third party service for brands approval; I wasn’t aware that they were going to submit the forged and manipulated documents to Amazon, which is against the amazon Policy, and I am humiliated that I blindly trusted the third-party service that’s my fault.

I do accept that I did make a big mistake with Amazon policy. I have been sending appeals to the Amazon seller performance team, but it’s been more the five months no response from them. I have tried everything and attractions more than ten times to get my account back, now they closed the appeal button, and I can’t appeal anymore. I cant reach out to them directly. That’s why I am asking for help.
Thank you in advance; I want to know if there is still a chance to get my account back.

It would be helpful to see their last response to you - you mention getting no response but i assume they must’ve replied at least once at the start.

To be frank though, i would assume that altering / forging documents may be a breach that is almost impossible to come back from.

dont think you will get it back, as i think this will be too serious, amazon are difficult at best of times and have stopped accounts for less.

I am sorry to say, but I really think this one is Game Over.

You are blaming a 3rd party, which will not wash with Amazon, as you employed them, and you are responsible for anything that they may have done, for them to have submitted these documents without you seeing them, then you must have granted them access to your account - another big mistake, however even if it is a 3rd party that forged the documents the big question remains which is why would they need to ? the fact that they had to tells Amazon that you were selling fake products, so even without the forged documents, you would still be in the position you are now.

I would seriously take it on the chin and move on, your stock is gone, and so are the funds for any sales that you made. You had 90 days to make a case which has now passed so it is very unlikely that you will get any further response from them at all.

I truly agree with guys above. This feels like game over, but…
With Amazon, no one really can say that for sure, but Amazon itself.
In here, over years we’ve seen some (not many) examples of companies coming back from dreaded “you may no longer sell” sentence.

I don’t want to raise your hopes just yet, because there is surprisingly many problems to address first (oh boy, so many):
1: Stop calling them all together until you have everything in hand and ready (ideally never call them again)
2: Start working on all your problems (and I cannot stress this enough - there are many and all are your problems - so stop blaming third party or anyone else - this is on you and you only)
3: You have been asked for invoices, few months into your selling on Amazon right? How come you couldn’t just provide genuine ones from your supplier??? Did you sell fakes???
4: Under what circumstances have you been asked for invoices? Was it routine check for 3 random items? Was it because of customer complaint? Was it because of trademark infringement?
5: What your POA looked like? Did you blame it all on the third party? Amazon will NEVER accept you to pass on the blame. Simply because of you do not have control over the problem, you cannot resolve it and make sure it will never happen again. Simple. There is NO WAY AROUND IT. Simple.
6: Your way forward will require re-thinking your entire business model, and best ever plan of action with many (and I mean MANY) samples of evidence, that things have changed. You see what I did there? I mentioned past time. Your changes must be implemented BEFORE you will take any attempt to get things restarted NOT that you will plan them for after THIS WILL MOT BE ACCEPTED by Amazon.
7: YOU HAVE 1 ATTEMPT, you will mess it up, Amazon will see this as another attempt to manipulate them, and this door is closed for good.

8: AFTER you have done the above, and created new POA post it here and more experienced sellers will scrutinise it for you. Since you are clearly bad at business on Amazon, definitely do not send your plan of action to Amazon before it has been perfected. Again this might be your only chance, and if done right, may or may not work (I would say about 20% chance of success) but if done wrong, burns that bridge for good.

Good luck either way

I would be extremely surprised if Amazon changed their decision. They are not interested in small start up sellers. I have heard stories of them blocking a German site that was doing 3 million euro trade a day on a simple complaint from a buyer that he had been been sent a counterfeit product. They were forced to hire lawyers and go to court to get emergency orders to force Amazon to reconsider

I’m going to ask the rather obvious questions others have not asked!

Have you the correct documents to send Amazon or were your items unauthorised as well as the 3rd party providing falsified documentation for them? Indeed, what were the items you were selling that caused the issue?

I have been selling on amazon and I am very disappointed with customer service we get as a seller. I am authorized rep to sell the 3rd party goods. Amazon requested the paperwork and invoices and the evidence that i am registered representative. I have sent about 30 invoices and all information precisely they have asked. The amazon got back to me to say there was no enough evidence:) 30 invoices which shows over 500 items that was dispatched to me was no evidence to amazon and i submitted the information again. As previously I mention I have been also selling these products on ebay. Since amazon suspended my account all these buyers are purchasing from me through ebay and amazon is loosing a business. As previously I mention this selling site is a joke. They do not operate these checks by humans and its all done by automated system. They don’t care what evidence you may send and can suspend your account any time. I have never been treated like this by EBAY which is the best selling site if you learn how to sell there. I hope that amazon can change their snobby behavior and hire real people who actually does checks and get things done.
