Shipping prices on listing differ from my allocated template?

Hi all.
I have just noticed that my shipping costs are wrong on my listings. They are roughly half of the cost of the allocated shipping template. Anyone else had this this? Am i missing something or is this a glitch? Awaiting customer support to get back to me.

Yes - we’ve had exactly the same issue. Only on our desktop at work though - personal Amazon App - shipping costs are correct.

In addition, an order that came through on an impacted item - the shipping charged was the correct amount, even though the incorrect shipping is on the product page.

Hoping it’s a glitch they fix quickly.

I have the same issue, but the orders received today have the correct shipping so not too concerned.

But hopefully Amazon fix it quickly.

yup! I just looked at one of my items and its £1.29 postage instead of £1.89 !

when i add 2 quantities its jumps to £2.59 even though my postage is per order not per item. when i add the items to my basket they dont show up at all, saying my basket is empty. but i am logged into my seller central as well so perhaps im not allowed to buy my own items, is that the case here?

Yes I am also having this issue. On the app and online it appears wrong.

I’m terrified of getting bad feedback or a case opened against me.

I work really hard as a small home-based seller and need this income, I don’t want to risk my account being defected due to no fault of my own!

Fingers crossed it is fixed soon.

We are still experiencing the issue, we have already had one customer email in. At-least it is charging the correct price at checkout, but it is confusing and I don’t give it long before customers are using the lines of ‘Advertised Incorrectly’ please refund or ‘You have overcharged me’ etc.

It seems Amazon are none the wiser when we speak with them…

"Did you received an email notification yesterday informing sellers that their listings are ineligible to be features on the product detail page because the items are not priced competitively.
is your listing still available or visible to Amazon website?"

That is one of the responses I got from a live chat agent.
