How to see customer's Amazon email address?
I’m using Packlink to send my Amazon orders via Evri et al. It’s configured to pull orders in from Amazon, which it does fine overnight, but it seems to struggle with ones that come in during the day.
I don’t know if I’m just not waiting long enough, but I put these through manually to avoid delays. The only thing I can’t add is the customer’s email address because I can’t see it. I would like to do this because then Evri email the customer when their parcel is out for delivery or if it is delayed for any reason.
So, is there a way I can see the customer’s email address so I can add it to these manual orders?

@The_Little_Shop is correct - you can find it if you draw down an Order Report - column E if you open the .txt file in Excel

I’m not aware of any other means. The only other place it displays is if a customer messages you.
We use an integrator called Channel Advisor which does pull the amazon encrypted email across in a couple of fields - so it depends how you access your order details I suppose.
