There is a thread here asking for clarification about 'self-delivery' - as yet no confirmation of what to do - hopefully the mods will explain very soon.

Today I had the following email from S/Support after opening several cases at the weekend so I hope it helps.

We want to inform you that we are aware of the current system-wide issue affecting your metric while a self-delivery option is used our technical team is actively investigating and working to resolve this matter.

Please be assured that:

- This is a known system issue

- Our team is implementing a solution

- You may continue processing and fulfilling orders as normal

- No action is required from you at this time

- Any "Risk of Deactivation" warnings displayed on your account due to this issue should be disregarded at the moment.

I've had someone order from me previously who lived 5 streets down but it was less hassle to pay for shipping then to hand deliver
