product review comparing prices
This buyer purchased our premium product, then returned it and bought a cheaper version of our product. After that they left this 1-star review.
Way overpriced. Maybe worth $7, found other very similar for $8 and returned this over priced one at $34
I know, I know, it’s almost impossible to remove product reviews, but this is a clear violation.
Price comparison: It explicitly compares the price to other similar products, which is against Amazon's guidelines. And lack of product-specific feedback: The review doesn't provide any information about the product itself, which is the main purpose of customer reviews on Amazon.
Any chance moderators could look into it?

Another question - is it possible to charge the shipping costs / restocking fee?

You are correct on this statement to a point. I would have said, "It is Always Impossible to remove product reviews" on Amazon.

Hello @Seller_v2bkIPsWJQHOn- and thanks for looking to the seller forums for some guidance on the topic of negative product reviews.
When you see a review that may depart from Amazon's community guidelines for product reviews, you can report it as abusive using the button next to the review itself, if you haven't done so yet. You can also reach out to the alias covered in this recent forums post with additional context. While that team might not respond, all submissions will be reviewed for appropriate actions.
Thank you,
Danny
