Best Sellers Rank gone, Products Gone!

Hi There

In the last couple weeks two variations of one of my products have had their Best Seller Rank removed. It is not on the listing and is not showing on the Inventory page. This has caused the listing to be unsearchable and removed from the catalogue unless I pay for PPC ads, basically there is no organic ranking at all. Does anyone know how I can get my organic listing and BSR back?

I sell the same product in a single pack, 2pack and a 4pack. The 4pack listing is fine and has a BSR but the other two don’t. The ASIN’s are:

B07TNDF6WK
B07TWCF6PT
B07TT8MF3T

I have ensured each Asin is in the correct browsing node. I have also opened a case with Amazon over a week ago and nothing has changed yet.

Any advice would be much appreciated, I’d love to get this resolved ASAP and begin selling again.

I saw Amazon were now blocking listings where the product wasn’t an “official” mulitbuy. So if you have product A and you list it as 1, then a set of 3 and set of 6, it would breach Amazon policy and the listing would be removed.

As usual, Amazon are not consistent in when they action this but could be teh reason for your issue.
