Account verification documentation not valid

I have been in 'discussions' with Seller Central now for several weeks, as I have been plunged into account verification again (second time in less than 5 months - this is ridiculous!)

Seller Central say that my documents are invalid - I supplied my tax return (document asked for was short tax return, but only a very few people are able to fill in a short tax return, most, like me, have to fill in a full tax form) covering the period 22/23, which was submitted January 2024, in line with HMRC requirements - thay say that it isn't from the last 12 months, even though it was raised by HMRC in January this year.

I then submitted my online VAT certificate, but SC say this is not valid, as it's a screenshot. I'm not sure how else I can supply an online VAT Certificate, as the only other way of obtaining this is to log into my VAT account, which, obviously, Amazon can't do.

Many of the other documents requested are simply not available to me, namely;

--> Class 2 National Insurance Contributions (NICs) Bill - I pay my Class 2 NIC as part of my full tax return, which they have already rejected

--> Self-Assessment notice to complete a tax return - As I do my tax return online, I get an email, which is not acceptable

--> Letter from HMRC confirming the sole proprietorship's unique taxpayer reference (UTR) number - you only get this when you first start self assessment tax, which, in my case was 2004, so obviously out of date!

--> Self Assessment Statement - my tax return is my self assessment statement

--> Letter acknowledging business tax registration, addressed to the sole proprietor - again I had one of these in 2004, which is obviously out of date.

--> Pay As You Earn and Self-Assessment - not sure what this means, and neither were the account health team.

I would like to know if anyone has a way to sort this, as all my selling privileges have been suspended, meaning no sales and no access to funds that are rightfully mine.
