Multiple Account Violation
My account has been deactivated for supposedly having multiple accounts, which I do not have. I am accused of having an additional account that has a similar name to my store.
I have tried to submit evidence across, however, this is proving difficult as I only have one seller account. Each time I submit an appeal, I have the same automated email bounced back to me.
How can I resolve this?

Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you need help with your account reactivation.
Did you register any global selling account in any other regions?
If yes, you wouldn’t be able to close or delete the other account until you resolve the account violations.
Did you get any recent deactivation notification? If yes, kindly share it on this thread for better assistance.
