Label Required, What am I Suppsed to do here?
Fist time seeing the Red Label required next to a return. Buyer states they don't have a label

How do you have your return settings set up? Looks like you don't have it set up where Amazon provides the label. You need to change your return settings, but for now, you have to provide a label or refund without a return.

I can see that you authorized the return and sent a label to the buyer. The unpaid label option is meant for SKUs that have been exempted from prepaid returns. Did you submit the particular SKU for this order into your exemptions?
