Product Policy Compliance for Trademark on Product
We received a Product Policy Compliance for Trademark on Product---Products use the "SNOTSUCKER" trademark without authorisation. Our product is Baby Nasal Aspirator. In the bullet point I wrote the word snot sucker which is a synonym for Baby Nasal Aspirator, we were not aware that the word was trademarked until then. We removed the word as soon as we received the performance.
If we choose to admit our mistake, we will not be able to sell the link again. If we choose to lodge a complaint, the system requires us to provide an authorisation. But the truth is that we can do without the word snot sucker. And then we don't need to be authorised.Then the system didn't give us any other options.
