Brand Registration Issue
Hello,
We are a new brand undergoing a name change. We have a US Patent and Trademark Office TM on our name, EIN, State of WA name change document and keep getting rejected for the registration of our brand. What is the problem? We are clearly a brand. We are wondering if we can talk with someone who can tell us exactly why. We have many services including Shopify, Stripe, Social accounts. We need to go to market on Amazon.

Great news! The brand team has accepted the appeal I have sent on your behalf.
Your Brand Registry application request has now been forwarded to the Brand Registry enrollment team for next steps in the enrollment process which will be communicated over email. Please expect to hear back from us with a new case ID and you may refer to the new case ID in all future correspondence regarding your application.
I saw that you provided the verification code in this new case so hopefully it gets approved soon!
