Importing to Amazon France
Hi, is there anything special I need to do when shipping inventory to Amazon France warehouses?
Previously we had been using Amazon UK for years, then tried to pivot to Germany after Brexit but were unsuccessful due to EORI address requirements (you need a German address linked to an EORI number in order to import).
Does anyone know if I can import to Amazon France warehouses with my French EORI number, which is registered to our US business address?

I don’t see why not as long as its a EU EORI number if that’s what you mean. I ship from the UK to France using my EU EORI number from Germany but am also registered for vat and tax in Germany (due to brexit and selling in the EU) and also have a French Vat number also.
You need to use a good shipping company and pay all the taxes via your UK or US company, not sure how that works if you are shipping UK to France with US registered company…

If you are sanding to just Amazon France I don’t see what the issue is. Could you not try sending just 1 or a few of your items and see if it all works?
Germany is a law unto itself from what I see, It was like climbing a mountain to get all the necessary paperwork and took 6 months+
