I am not able to add products not enrolled in brand registry
Hi,
I have an issue listing products of a brand that is not enrolled in brand registry. It's a well known brand estabilished in the central Europe but Amazon refuses to allow me add their products.
I received this reply: The brand is not enrolled on the match only programme for brand-registered brands. Only the brands enrolled in Brand Registry and in this programme will be reviewed.
I don't understand this at all.
Can anyone help me please?

Hi @Seller_uOD0aOSoNfVU6, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Let me explain your options for listing products of non-enrolled brands.
"Generic" Brand Option:
If the brand isn't registered, this works for wholesale items. Common solution for non-registered brands
If You Get Error Code 5665, please see Seller University video.
For Products Without GTIN:
- Apply for GTIN exemption
- Useful for items without UPC/EAN
- Follow the exemption application process
For Authorized Resellers:
Required documentation:
- Authorized distributor invoices
- Brand owner authorization letter
Ensure you have proper authorization to sell the brand to avoid IP infringement issues.
