CPC failing compliance review. No clear reason why.

My product (ASIN B07PP77LZ1) has been deactivated because it is required to pass compliance.

Even though it is a board game and not a toy, it is required to have a CPC.

I have submitted this as requested, but it has been rejected twice because it "contains inaccurate information."

I have been asked to resubmit the document with "Citation to each CPSC children’s product safety rule to which this product is being certified."

The document already clearly contains these citations. Any request for clarifications of what I am missing gets the same response as above.

How can I get a clear answer on what needs to be changed on my CPC to allow it to pass compliance?

I think because you are ages 8+

then it counts as a toy - (I know!)

Do you have UKCA and CE markings on the product and a contact address for the manufacturer in UK and a separate contact address within EU to allow you to sell to EU and Northern Ireland.

then you should be able to provide the documents they need for the UK

but CPSC you mention in the original post is for the USA market - are you selling on amazon.com as well - that one is a lot more difficult and you will also need some (expensive) USA product liablity insurance as well.
