Can anyone offer any advice on a suspended account that has a health rating of 400+ and "Account Health Assurance"
3 Weeks ago out of the blue my seller account was suspended. I checked my account health rating as I regularly do and it was 400+ with no violations of any policies showing, I am also signed up for "Account Health Assurance" but that seems as though it means nothing as I was never contacted prior to the immediate suspension.
I contacted Amazon and it turns out that the suspension was due to having copyrighted images on 5 of my listings (I have over 1000 listings). This was 2 months previously and I had resolved the issues, acknowledged the violation and how it occurred and deleted the listings as soon as I was notified by Amazon which has my account health was showing no violations, I assumed that was the end of the matter. I confirmed all of my other listings were compliant with all copyright and trademark laws as well as Amazons policies.
For the past 3 weeks I have been going around in circles with Amazon, They keep requesting information, which I am providing as per their instructions and then they just deny my appeal and ask for the same information again without any explanation of what was wrong with what i provided. I have gone to the Small Business Commissioner in the UK with my complaint as I don't know how to escalate this with Amazon, Could anyone advise how to take things further? I currently have been without earnings for 3 weeks and will have to lay off staff just before Christmas if I cannot get this sorted out.
