To ensure a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, we are implementing additional qualifications to sell [BRAND NAME] products given the sensitive nature of these products. Specifically, we are now limiting offers to domestic sellers with a track record of steady availability and sales of significant inventory supply. To determine whether you will remain qualified to sell these products, we are now requiring sellers to provide evidence of a supply chain greater than 100 units of inventory from a verifiable supplier. If we do not receive supply chain documentation that meets these requirements by 04-29-2025, we will remove your listings.......you will be required to provide all the requested information and documents for the specified listings:
-- Copies of invoices from your supplier issued in the last 180 days that show a quantity of items of at least 100. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.
-- Contact information for your supplier, including the business name, phone number, address (where applicable), email, and website. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered, other than removing or redacting pricing information.

I am selling used cellphones of different manufacturers, which I bought in bulk from another company. I have been selling them for years. I can send the invoices to amazon but before I do, I need advise from someone who has gone through this before. My questions is: When Amazon says that the invoices need to "show a quantity of items of at least 100", what exactly does it mean? Does it mean the quantity of all items of different models and brands, or all items of the same brand in question? Or 100 is the minimum quantity purchased for every item that I am selling?

Since you are not buying directly from each of the phone manufacturers (even though the phones are used) and you don't have a letter of authorization & invoices from each phone manufacturer to sell their products on Amazon, you are most likely done selling on this platform. You probably will have your account shut down and closed out very soon by Amazon and any of your funds still being held will be kept by Amazon. They changed the rules a while back and they have been going through and weeding out all the sellers without approval from the manufacturers to sell their products on the platform. Also, Amazon is no longer friendly to arbitrage. If your products are in your possession and not FBA You should probably start looking now to get set up on other platforms & your own website ASAP if you haven't already done so, as you will soon be cut off on this platform. If your products are in FBA they will be kept as well and not returned and you will incur storage fees for eternity as you won't be able to remove them as you do not have the proper documentation from each manufacturer to close your account out to stop incurring fees. Good luck!

Good Evening @Seller_9E5atDVpbUhFY,
I wanted to reach out to you regarding this post. I see that you have at least 3 recent cases filed with Selling Partner Support requesting support to review your cases about selling a particular brand of electronics. I have gone ahead and escalated the many cases you have filed. While I cannot guarantee the outcome of what you have already been told will change, it doesn't hurt to get a second opinion on this investigation.
The partner team should get back to us within the next few business days. Until then, please have a wonderful rest of your weekend.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Morning @Seller_9E5atDVpbUhFY,
Our partner team has reached back out to us to sharing that we are unable to approve your application at this time. However, you may resubmit a new selling application by providing a manufacturer's, distributor's, or supplier's invoice that includes an itemized list of purchased goods.
I have a few help pages regarding invoice expectations:
- Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell (Seller University Video)
- Categories and products that require approval
The invoice must be clearly legible, with no information redacted except for pricing details. To proceed, please open a new case through the regular selling application channels and include the requested documentation.
Feel free to let us know if you have any questions. Thank you for understanding.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
