Competior is sending in false design right infringement notice and having our listings removed

A competitor has removed several listings of our with a false design right infringement
We have replied to Amazon with the evidence that we actually own the design right to our products with the evidence, numbers, certificates and images showing the clear differences and the difference between our products design and the competitors and Amazon as usual just reply with the standard bot response that they need more information.
We have literally provided everything.
It is so frustrating, this is where Amazon is broken

once again no help from Amazon, response to emails that make no sense, nor have they been read by a human, and no human response on this forum, I just do not get it
