ASIN hijacked by Chinese brand, forced to return all my FBA inventory under the ASIN I created when I launched my product!
The ASIN which was created when I launched my product has been hijacked by a Chinese brand, they have inserted a photo of their inferior product to dupe customers into buying there own in lieu of my product. I have built my Amazon Global business from scratch I have a UK registered trademark that was applied for while my listing was active.
On registration of my Trademark I tried to apply it to my product which it is related to, however AI said it is not possible and I would need to create a new ASIN!
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ANOTHER BRAND WITH NO RELATIONSHIP TO MY OWN PRODUCT BRAND ITSELF ONTO MY PRODUCT LISTING ASIN AND AT THE SAME TIME SABATAGE MY BUSINESS! MY INVENTORY (APPROX. 600 items) IN USA HAS BEEN MARKED FOR REMOVAL IN 10 DAYS TIME DUE TO HIJACK BRAND ENROLLING INTO TRANSPARENCY SCHEME.
It is piracy to highest order and where is the seller support when it is urgently needed!!!

This has happened to my listing too, I have been selling for several years and then my sales stopped, I look at my listing closely and noticed that another company is now the seller of MY product. They have used all my photos and reviews and are selling my product cheaper too. my sales have stopped! i have got nowhere with Seller Central, nobody cares, I am now going to close my listing as my product has a great social medial following and they have ruined my business!
