Very strange SFP showing, anyone else having the same?
It may put off Buyers
Shows a SFP order has to be shipped by Tuesday 7 May, for delivery Wednesday 8 May.
What happened to the weekend shipments? - surely, the only issue day should be no collections/deliveries on Monday 6 May.

3x Cut-off calls to try and resolve with SS and numerous emails, all with replies that are not applicable is the polite way of putting it. SS as always are absolutely useless.
Either this is an on-going issue, so no one has to now work SFP on weekends, as orders coming in, will go to the Monday as the shipping date (maybe due to the new shipping template that cannot be altered in the same way as before). Or, somehow Amazon think Sunday 5 May is a Bank Holiday, so no DPD collections
DPD are collecting though, so losing orders to FBA that shows a faster delivery to Buyers. It shows a Wednesday delivery, Tuesday shipping, rather than a Tuesday delivery and Sunday shipping.
As usual an Amazon bodge up!

This was the SS Reply.
Unless lots of new SFP Terms that have not been advertised, it says we have to ship the same day, before cut-off, etc.
MODS - Can we now have a shipping delay? (and all the other suggestions)???
Strange it all works out weekdays, we have not altered anything, so has to be an Amazon bodge-up.
