Other Sellers on Amazon Button not working
We have seen that in the last 1-2 weeks when we click on the "Other Sellers on Amazon" button on a listing, it will not open. This is preventing us to see what price other sellers are offering at. Also it doesn't allow us to see how many FBA sellers and FBM sellers are on the listing. We want to be proactive on changing our price based on the market, but do not know what other sellers are pricing the product at. Does anyone else have this same issue?

Same issue, still not loading. I tried deleting cookies and cache, deleting history. Opening new chrome profile because i use az-asin to view other sellers and nothhing. Rebooted network and still nothing.

I have the same issue. I've tried everything. Cleared cache, deleted cookies, removed plug-ins one by one and re-tried, removed my VPN... nothing is working. This is in Chrome and oddly when I logged out of my Amazon account that is tied to my seller account, suddenly that function works. Tried this in Edge as well, and this function works on my personal account but not on my account tied to my seller account. So it's our accounts.
I opened a case with seller support but haven't heard anything yet.
I'm seeing these errors in my developer tools (in Chrome) area:

@Cooper_Amazonthere seem to be multiple posts on this topic. Have you heard of any resolutions?

I can see you've commented over on the thread my colleague Cooper helped out on, and the seller's fix there didn't work for you. To kickstart the investigations process, can you please create a seller support case on this?

I am wondering if you are still having issues with this? I have been having this issue for about 3 weeks now. Cannot view other sellers unless I sign out. If I sign out then I cannot buy anything! @Cooper_Amazon@Indy_AmazonCan you help us please?

I found that the problem was only happening on wifi, not my cell phones hotspot network.
Rebooting the router seems to have fixed it at least for now
