HELP Needed! Brand Approval For Brand Denied!! Knowledgeable Sellers Advice Required
Hi,
This is my first time on this forum. I am looking to start my amazon journey but have this impossible problem.
I am currently an authorised reseller of a brand which I have permission from, the brand in question has provided me with a letter of authorisation and told me a few authorised licensed distributors of their for me to get their product to sell. I have also purchased 12 units of the product and have gotten an invoice from them so I can show Amazon this.
Once I had the authorisation letter, I submitted it to Amazon however they stated it was not enough and for me to submit an invoice of the purchase I have completed to show that I currently stock this item, which I did provide.
A day later I have been denied and have been for the past week or two with me replying to the case everyday to try to get approved again.
What can I do to get approval from Amazon as I already gotten approval from the brand. Thanks

If it was a generic denial (so not stating for example there was an issue with the invoice), then Amazon are looking at something else to do with your account and deeming you don't meet whatever that criteria is.
Getting ungated after providing valid invoices isn't always automatic. General advice is to build a sales history selling something else and then reapply.
