FBA & MCF for Etsy

Hi,

When creating a fulfilment order for orders received on another platform than Amazon, I was wondering whether it is possible to add a personalised message to the packing slip while hiding the price of the item? That would be the case if ordered a gift for someone.

Thank you so much for your answer, that is great!

So I understand that Amazon will never display the price of the item on the packing slip when I create a MCF order right? Even they don’t know it is a gift? I guess it makes total sense, some people could retail their item at a different price on other platforms.

You can include a customised packing slip with your Multi-Channel Fulfilment order.
In the Packing Slip – Merchant Name text box you can change your business name if different to your default Amazon account name.
Then in the Pack Slip – Text text box,you can type your message or any other additional information that you want (250-character limit). By default, the display text is blank. Click on Update .
There is no price field when raising the order.
