Your account has been deactivated
Hi,
may someone know and could help me out.
First i got message from Amazon, that i own VAT liabilities to them . I have agreed to make payment, so the negative balance was deducted from my bank account.
Later i got message "Good news. Your Selling on Amazon payment account has been activated. We will get in touch with you if we need more information."
But its been more that a few week since account is deactivated. Status: Your submission is required.
And when i click on Reactivate Account - it shows "Verification Completed Successfully".
Also I have called Customer Support (which is located somerwhere in India) - and they only redirected my case to KYC team.
KYC replies that they need more time to take a closer look., but times go, and nothing happens.
Does anyone know is there any ways to contact KYC ? or to speak to some superwiser ?
