I put the wrong weight while creating my shipment
Hi, so my supplier accidentally gave me the incorrect carton weight. It was after they had already sent it to be shipped that he found out that the carton weight is wrong. The difference is of 3 kgs. Its still not over weight or anything. What should I do? Also shipping from China so its by sea first then UPS ground. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't do nothing. As long as you put the correct shipping label printed from the shipping plan it will arrive normally. Maybe you will get a "Shippment problem" in your account, that will stay for 180 days. If no other shippment problem occurs, it's not a problem.
