Royal Mail service TPN24 And TRN24
Hello everyone,
Royal Mail has been chasing us to add Tracked service on to our account and we have recently signed up for it.
The service added are TPN24, TPS48, TRN24, TRS48.
Would someone be able to tell us what is the difference between TRN24 and TPS24? Both give us option to choose Letter or Parcel so got confused. Contacted Royal Mail day before yesterday but am still waiting for their response so I was wondering if any here would know.
