Dear Mods could you explain why?
Within
"View changes to your Brand’s listings"
You are asking me to amend listings I deleted or listings that have been deleted for quite sometime?
Is your AI Robots not programmed well enough to remove these irrelevant listings?

Hi @Seller_RguKGMHvWFmo3,
Thank you for posting on Forums and providing us with this feedback!
If you would like additional assistance I am here to help however, I will need a bit more details. Have you had the chance to open a case with seller support for the error you're seeing? If so, please provide me with the case ID and I can dig into this further.
Thanks again for sharing this feedback!

What this sounds like to me, is you have some time ago created an ASIN either under your own brand or a mainline brand.
As you created the ASIN, Amazon thinks you are the brand owner.
Another seller has come along wanting to update this ASIN and has been given the message from Amazon that "you are not authorised to fix this ASIN" and "we have contacted the brand owner to update this ASIN"
What you are receiving from Amazon is the backend of another seller trying to update the ASIN you abandoned long ago.
