Many of our ASINs have been miscategorized as hazmat and food and therefore restrictions are applied which is affecting Eligibility for the Pan-Europe FBA.
Support say "We'll look into your ASINs that are tagged as ineligible and see what we can do to resolve this." and "there are restrictions that appear to be applied in error, we'll need to have them reviewed/updated with the help of our catalogue team."
Then a month later of "I would like to inform you that, at the moment, I am working with our internal team to reach a resolution on your case."
they say "We have update from our internal tool and they stated upload the most up-to-date Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and all-sided live images of the product."
It's a problem on the Amazon system which needs updated on their side, The ASIN are not food, they are not hazmat, they are classed as non dangerous goods and reuploading the data sheets in each country in each language doesn't change it.
It's so bad that I;m going to deregister from VAT in the European countries that I sell in and I'm going to stop selling in Europe on Amazon. There's no other option available as fulfilment fees are higher and goods can't move over borders and Amazon support is completely innefective.
Has anyone ever gotten this updated ?
