How do I know if an email is legit? Product Compliance usually comes through the dashboard
I have had an email, it looks genuine but the way it’s laid out is not so.
Usually I get notifications for me to submit product compliance, which I do.
The amazon person is asking me to send by email, is this normal? I just thought everything was done through the dashboard.
I have altered the email address at the beginning

Personally I think it looks suspect.
Any submissions are / should be through your account dashboard.
