Amazon EU Selling Our Products
We manufacture our products, own the brand, are in Brand Registry, and have a UK trademark. “Allow Amazon to buy my products to sell Globally” is turned off. Yet somehow, Amazon EU is selling our items in New condition for less than our price—and, of course, they’re winning the Buy Box.
Every case we’ve opened so far has been met with the same useless response from Seller Support or Brand Registry: “We cannot share any further info on how to become a featured offer.” That’s not even what we’re asking.
The real questions are:
1. Where is Amazon EU getting this stock from?
2. How do we stop this from happening?
Has anyone dealt with this before?
