Customers refunded without returning items
Hey everyone, we've had a few refunds issued by Amazon over the last couple of months for items that were delivered to customer via FBA, then 2-3 days later the customer has been fully refunded. None of these items have ever been sent back to Amazon as they still all show 'Return Started'
There is also no reason showing on the return report as to why they were refunded, it seems like refunds are just being given by Amazon to people who want a free item and arnt being told to send it back, surely a refund is only issued when the item is collected as a return and first scanned in?
