Amazon selling on my branded listing

Hi All;

This is a first for me. One of my listings has Amazon directly selling my product. Of course they have the buy box. I am Amazon branded with US Trademarked. Been selling on Amazon about 10 years and never seen this. Any idea if there is a solution to this?

Thanks

Nope, welcome to Amazon. They are selling your lost inventory most likely.

We had units go missing a few months ago and got partial credit for their loss, then they started selling them on our listing.

They steal from you then under cut you how classic Amazon! Happens to everyone that FBA items.....Next they will make sure your item doesnt sell long enough to collect more storage fees.......

If you had them liquidate, or destroy any inventory for you, that could be what they are selling. Or like others have said, if some product got lost and you were reimbursed for it and then it turns up again, Amazon might decide to sell it.

Now usually in my experience, they clawback the reimbursement and put it back in my inventory. However, if the item needed to be "refurbished" and since I don't allow that, they decided to resell the "refurbished" condition on their own.
