My brand is not showing up on Brand Registry Website
There is a hijacker in my listing and i am trying to report the seller through “report a violation” tool.
When i log in brand registry, i can not see my brand. However my brand is registered on Amazon and i was able use brand registry website only couple months ago.
I can see brand analytics and brand store on sellercentral but as i said i can not see my brand on brand registry website. I use the correct log in details.
I opened a case to seller support but they give copy paste answers since 4-5 days and we couldnt get nowhere.
I am thinking to take this matter to the court since my brand is being abused and also i lose sales. I wanted to write here before starting the legal action, maybe someone can help.

Hi, Do you know if someone has hacked you or are you speculating? I registered my brand and I had the same head ache of copy and paste for 2 years. I explined it was a technical error their side and they needed to make the changes so I could access again. The way I did it was finding amazon FBA twitter account and messaging them. They put me in touch with a more senior person and got it soted that way. You wont get anything from brand support or their custoemr support so try that way. Hope that helps.
