I shipped a FBM order, it now says "Undeliverable - Person or Location unknown". They sent the item back to me, what should i do please?

I shipped a FBM order, it now says "Undeliverable - Person or Location unknown". They sent the item back to me, what should i do please?

Once you have the item back in your hands, go into your orders, find this one, and then, click on the "undeliverable address" and do a refund.
If you use "FREE" shipping you may have to refund everything. I haven't had one of those in a while so see if you can withhold the cost of shipping or not.
I figure that if they can't provide the correct address THEY are responsible for the cost!
IMPORTANT -- send an email through the system BEFORE you refund letting the buyer know that they provided an incorrect address. I take picture of the label showing the return reason and IF I can attach images I provide a picture.
I also let them know that I am withholding the actual amount that I paid for shipping (including any box or envelope cost) due to their giving me undeliverable information.
I also say "PLEASE go into your Amazon account and update your delivery address in the Amazon records so that this does not happen with any future purchases on the site"
