AMAZON FRAUD

AMAZON IS DOING FRAUD WITH THE SELLERS, IT IS TAKING HUGE MARGINS FROM SELLERS AND NOT SUPPORTING THE SELLERS, RECENTLY WE HAVE GOT AN ORDER OF 7 WEDDING CHAIR IN FURNITURE CATEGEORY , AFTER 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY CUSTOMER REQUESTED FOR RETURN OF PRODUCT STATING IT IS DEFECTIVE, AND WANT TO RETURN IT WAS SELF SHIPPED SO WE TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER FOR CHECKING IT BUT THE CUSTOMER DID NOT RECEIVED OUR SEVERAL CALLS, IN SHORT IT WAS A FAKE CUSTOMER, HE JUST WANTED TO IRRITATE US BY PLACING AN ORDER AND RETURNING IT, AND INSTED OF HELPING US THE AMAZON GAVE REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT OUR NOTICE. NOW THE CUSTOMER HAS PRODUCT AND MONEY. NOW AMAZON IS ADVISING US TO TAKE THAT USED PRODUCT RETURN AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER. AMAZON HAS REFUNDED THIS CUSTOMER 153000 RUPEES AND CUSTOMER NOT RETURN MY PRODUCT FROM LAST YEAR FEBRUARY 2023. PRODUCT WAS NOT ON RETURN CONDITION .CUSTOMER CAN REPLACE ONLY BUT AMAZON REFUND FULL AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY HASITATION . even they have limit on safe t claim of 8% and right now I am getting more than 50% of returns fake return. they take so much margin but not supporting us

Even my product is not returned by the Amazon. It has been more than 2 months sice the customer has returned the product. Amazon has already refunded the money to the customer but did not send back my product to me.
