Shipping oversized products

My product is considered oversized due to its length of 26" (5" width, 4" height, 6lbs) and thus, has to be individually boxed. It sells as a set of 3. If individually boxed, how do I list it so that Amazon will sell 3 boxes together?

Also, when shipping from the manufacturer, does it need to come via pallet or can in be in carton box not exceeding 50lbs?

It does not sound like a good fit for FBA.

Amazon will not assemble things for shipment. If they cannot be shipped as a unit to Amazon -- just use seller fulfilled for that type of item.

Hello @Seller_QshX1O1jd1Z8Z,

Thanks for posting your inquiry. As @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blhas suggested, this may not be a great fit for FBA to sell all 3 boxes together. You may be better off utilizing FBM.

For shipping, I would refer you to the Large and Oversize and Product size tiers pages for guidance and best practices fulfilling Large and Oversize items. Specifically on packaging, if the package's longest side (length) is between 70 and 96 inches, it must be classified as Ships in Own Container (SIOC). This means that your item should arrive at the Amazon facility in its original packaging and should be able to withstand delivery to the buyer without over-boxing.

Have a great day.
