Brand registry issue

Hello guys, I have an issue here with my brand registry. I recently got approved for my brand ( 2 days ago) and I cant add any products, when adding a product I keep on getting this error ( screenshot attached )

basically what it says is they want me to get approved for my own brand? and when I contact support, they send me automatic replies that my account is unhealthy or someone’s who has user for my brand has an unhealthy account. The thing is there are no other users just myself and my account is healthy (added screenshot ). I got about 10 different replies. Been told that changes will take place in 24h, Unhealthy account, been forwarded from brand registry support to account support, then someone has “sorted” it out and gave me permission for my brand which never happened. than got sent back to brand registry, than got completely unrelated answer how to add a user permission to my brand registry. Its just unbelievable so upsetting. Maybe someone had something similar?

Is that correct ?

Has it definitely been approved because your trademark isn’t fully registered yet

Are all your EU accounts in good standing ? No suspensions in .it .es etc ?

I’m recalling this from an older post or two (so may be wrong), but when you get accepted to Brand Registry isn’t there some kind of code or something they send you that in some way links your selling account to the brand?

Hi, I have the same issue. My account health is perfect and yet I can’t register the brand because of " An unhealthy selling account". The brand registry support are completely useless. I think from all the Amazon supports they are the worse! I Appealed a few times already and provided all the required data, but still no positive answer from them. If anyone find a solution, please write here.

just crazy how *$££ up it is. When I go to Vine (see the screenshot)

its shows that I dont have permision. But when I go to user permision in brand registry.
I’m the only user…
