Disbursement made to unknown Bank Account
I was expecting disbursement to my Bank Account which was added by me into Amazon Payments Since My Seller Account was opened. My latest disbursement From Amazon US and from Amazon CA was made to an unknown Bank Account which was not my Bank Account. However i have changed my Bank Account after this but what can be done with the disbursement done to the unknown Bank Account and how is this possible that the associated bank account is changed without my knowledge. Can anyone help me with this? Or can anybody know what i can do for resolving my issue.

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. First and foremost I would double check your user permissions to make sure there is no unauthorized users who have access to change or update the bank account information. Secondly, I would open a seller support case to have additional assistance.
You may need to work with your bank, however, you should also get trace IDs from Amazon and see what took place.
