Quick Tip: Email address update

img

Hello,

Do you need to update your email address for your Seller Account and don’t know where to start? Here are some tips to help.

  • Only primary account users can change the default contact email address.
  • You will need to use an email address that has never been associated with an Amazon account in any country.
  • To edit the email address the account is registered to you need to access the Login settings page.
  • On the page click Edit in the E-mail section to change the email address.
  • When you enter a new email address a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the new address.
  • Remember to review the email addresses you have registered in your Notification preferences.

More importantly, will changing an email in anyway force a reverification process?

Jessica can you please look at the 100's of fermium posts regarding the email many of us have received regarding business establishment requirements. The algorithm / bot simply isn't working - it keeps asking for the same information - my funds have been on hold for a week like many other sellers.

I see a few are now taking legal action - you need to advise someone to sort this disgusting situation out.

FYI over the past week I have submitted passport, driving licence, business invoices, council tax, mortgage statements, self assessment statement, tax return but apparently this does not satisfy that I live in the UK nor than my business operates from within the UK.

Your system is failing in a spectacular way and the stress it is causing us sellers is enormous.

Please can someone be proactive - I've a mortgage to pay (at my home in the UK where I've lived all my life....)
